IMPACT
TRAINING PROGRAMMES will provide you with a monthly training
schedule that is personalised to your individual abilities,
experience and goals. Programmes can be changed and advanced
as you progress and will include endurance,
strength and tapering
in the final stages to maximise your efforts. You will receive
advice on stretching and an
optional gym programme can
be designed to compliment your training. This will also
assist with injury prevention
and stability.
Nutritional advice and carbo-loading information can also
be included.
COSTS:
NZ$50.00 per month
